In-app feedback availability, what to include in a Switch report, optional diagnostics and contact information.
Feedback, without leaving Switch
In-app feedback is being prepared. Sending is not available yet.
The planned support sheet will let you describe a problem, add a reply address and choose whether to include a small diagnostics report. You will be able to review it before sending.
What to include
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The steps that reproduce the problem, if you know them.
- Your Switch version and macOS version.
Describe accounts with labels such as Work and Personal. Do not include login credentials, API keys, private conversations or account screenshots.
Diagnostics are your choice
The planned in-app report includes only selected technical details, such as app version, macOS version and profile counts. It will not attach your full local diagnostics file. Saving diagnostics does not send them.
